The 41st Printer’s Row Lit Fest was held Saturday and Sunday this past weekend in the old printing district of Chicago along South Dearborn Street. Upwards of 100,000 book lovers attended the three-block long event that featured over 140 exhibitors. Long Overdue Books sponsored a large tent and hosted their writers.

We had clear, sunny weather all day Saturday and until 2:00 p.m. on Sunday when a light rain arrive, but by then I was done for the day. Too many hours of standing on concrete took its toll on my feet. By the time I was walking to the train station on Sunday, I was pretty sure my aching ankles were trying to pass my knees.
